We apologize that you are displeased with your order but we are currently unable to facilitate refunds and exchanges.
We do not offer exchanges (this is because outfits are individually cut and sewn according to orders), but we are glad to offer corrections/amendments to any full price, unworn merchandise within 2-3 days of receipt, this item must be in the same condition it was when it was delivered, must not have been tampered with and worn out. Pieces are sent out according to size chosen on our size chart or measurements sent to us. Please see at our size chart before placing an order to prevent any complications.
We may not bear pickup and delivery costs, the buyer bears these costs unless we have sent the wrong order or mistakes are from us. Where we have not defaulted regarding sizing/measurements or dress structure, we would only offer adjustments or corrections.
International orders are final sales only and may not be returned. Chanda Culture is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.
